My name is Justin Lewis-Weber. I’m currently a student at Stanford University, and work on startups on the side.

This blog isn’t necessarily meant to be read—more than anything, it’s a place for me to process my journey of understanding the world I live in.

I mostly write about frameworks of thinking, structures of analysis, and counterintuitive emotological truths. Things I think are rarely written about directly, but are immensely value dense when done right.

The ethos of my writing is similar to that of Tim Urban (my favorite online author) on his site Wait But Why: essentially, if you keep asking ‘why’ recursively you’ll eventually arrive at a truth much more fundamental than any other mode of analysis could ever yield. I also take inspiration from Paul Graham’s deliciously succinct writing style, although I may have more work to do in that department.

I hope you find it worth your time.
